Virtual Assistant

Summary:

Our team is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to streamline our operations and enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a master of organization, bringing a wealth of experience in tools like monday.com and Google Workspace. With a knack for detail and a proactive approach, this role is pivotal in managing calendars, emails, projects, and more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Utilize monday.com to manage, track, and organize projects, ensuring timely completion and team alignment.
  • Google Workspace Mastery: Efficiently work with Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar, to manage tasks, documents, and schedules.
  • Calendar & Email Management: Oversee and organize the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and manage email correspondence to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Team Organization: Use your project management skills to keep the team aligned, informed, and working towards common goals.
  • Client Research: Conduct detailed research on clients to provide insights and background information, aiding in strategy formulation and decision-making.
  • Financial Management: Work with QuickBooks for various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial operations.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in monday.com, with the ability to manage and organize projects efficiently.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and basic financial management tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on importance and deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
